Question 1

How do you reach high gutters without ladders?

Accepted Answer

Nik uses a high-reach vacuum on carbon-fibre poles, which clears gutters up to three storeys from the ground.

Question 2

Will I see what was in my gutters?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nik checks inside the gutter with a camera and shows you what was blocking it, and you get before and after photos.

Question 3

Do you repair gutters as well as clean them?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Leaking joints, sagging runs and loose downpipes are fixed, and damaged sections of guttering can be replaced, often on the same visit as a clean.

Question 4

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Nik is flexible and can often do the work while you're out, as long as he can get to the gutters.

Question 5

Do you work on commercial buildings?

Accepted Answer

Yes, including offices, schools, blocks of flats and industrial units, with risk assessments and method statements provided.

Question 6

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Ipswich and towns and villages right across Suffolk, plus Colchester. If you're not sure, just ask.

Question 7

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Every job is different, so call or WhatsApp Nik for a quick quote.
